I contacted Julie after being diagnosed with celiac disease and must admit I was at a low point with my weight loss and general lack of energy. My life revolved around fitness so it was a complete drain mentally and physically when I couldn't do the things I used to. I worked with Julie for around 8 months and I first went to her for advice and guidance to improve my long term health and lose weight.
