Banana Ice Cream. Home made with real bananas

Ingredients:

  • Frozen bananas (1 per person - see method)

  • Flavourings of your choice:

handful blueberries, 1 tbsp nut butter, handful strawberries, 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

Method:

  1. The starting ingredient for this ice cream is frozen bananas. So make sure you have a few in the freezer at all times! The best way to freeze bananas is to select fairly ripe bananas, peel and quarter each one and place them in small freezer bags

  2. Use one banana per person

  3. Choose any flavour combinations from above

  4. Then whizz in blender until smooth and creamy

  5. Serve immediately.
